I needed bow ties to match my partners dress and had them shipped with the included free shipping however USPS has issues with the delivery and the first order never made it. When I informed Tie Bar and told them I needed replacements in just a few days they were very responsive and accommodating and refunded the missing ties as well as comped next day shipping to get replacements to us in time! They arrived in time and looked great.
