Pretty good but I thought I was getting 2 straps

I bought this for my friend for her birthday and had it delivered to Sudbury Ontario Canada (I live in Montreal). It has been over two weeks and showing delivered on the tracker. She has not gotten it and went to the post office (in Canada) to give the tracking number and they said they could not help her as the number is not a Canada post tracking number. I wrote to Ellie Beaumont and hoping to get a response on what happened. In the meantime parcel is nowhere to be seen and I am out 141 dollars…. I am however confident they will get back to me and she will receive her parcel at some point as my boss also preferred one and got hers.
