Wagyu Summer Sausage

Lots of Preservatives and additives. Love the product I've been buying it for awhile. First time. I looked at the ingredient list. Was the last time I bought it. I think I just made an assumption that if you guys have your own farm and your producing top quality wagyu , that all products in your store would be relatively healthy

This is one of the best summer sausages I have enjoyed. It has great flavor, good texture and just the right ratio of ingredients. It is good with cheese and crackers, great on sandwiches and I even dice some up to include in my scrambled eggs!
