I love these pans. The rio ceramic is the best. I’ve purchased different green pans they are really good, but the best finish is the rio ceramic. It does say you can put them in the dishwasher but I’ve found that if you really like your pans hand washing is best. I wash all my copper, stainless steel pans and green pans by hand.
