Spectacular, as always

Personally, I'm more of a Strip and Ribeye fan, but my wife loves the Filets; these give us the best of both worlds. The sheer amount of marbling in these is unbelievable. So tender but also so rich and flavorful. You'll never find a better filet than this. Period. It's also worth mentioning the customer service at Meat Artisan is absolutely second to none. They bend over backward, even when things are out of their control, to make sure their customers are the happiest (and best fed) around. I'm a customer for life!!!
