Nice flavor.

I purchased this to add to spaghetti sauce and it had a really nice flavor that both my husband and I like, so we'll buy this again.

We just had our first taste of the White Oak Italian ground sausage last night at dinner. It was delicious! And it tastes better knowing that it comes from a place as special as White Oak.

The beef sausage was excellent! While shipping took a bit longer than I would have liked, the quality made up for it—the texture and seasoning are actually great. I’ll definitely be ordering a larger bundle next time; hopefully, a bigger package arrives a bit faster. ​I ordered these around Christmas, so I understand the holiday rush likely played a role in the delay. I initially bought four or five 1lb packages because I don't eat pork, and I used the sausage for a meatloaf. It turned out outstanding! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
