Very Satisfied Customer
I've been a FOGO consumer for the last three years (since I started BBQing). The product is outstanding, and the customer service is just as good. I recently had an issue with a package getting lost in transit that was ultimate missing an item when it arrived. Michelle in customer service responded immediately when I reached out, updated me when she had contacted FedEx, and promptly shipped out the missing item. #Fog4Life!
