Easy way to start your charcoal

I use a FOGOStarter and a couple of small wads of newspaper in my Fogo Blazaball and place it in my mound of charcoal (non-matchlight). Charcoal has started every time without the use of lighter fluid and only needed one match. When the coals are going well, just have to use a poker to pull the now empty Blazaball out. The FOGOStarters burn clean and completely so there is no residual left in the Blazaball. Cost seems high at first until you realize that I am on pace to start 30 fires with my 1 box of firestarters. And since I don't have to use lighter fluid I don't end up with that chemical flavor in my food. Keep a box in my camper at all times.

Love the Firestarters

Have been using the firestarters for a little over a year! Absolutely love them!! The never fail and are a wonderful alternative to an electric starter! Keep it up FOGO!!

Gets it going

Firestarters are easy to light and stay lit long enough to get charcoal going. Usually use 2 per cook in Blazaball at base of coals.
