It works! I have an old pair of comfortable hiking boots, but I caught a jagged rock on a downstep at Capitol Reef, causing some heel separation. This adhesive fixed the separation in s 15 minute break, and has held ip through three other very rocky hikes (one with heavy rain) since. Great product so far.

I tried using it on a pair of basketball sneakers. Unfortunately the sneaker sole was so warp the materials would not hold a bond. Not the hours fault. But I wish I didn't waste my money on glue.
