Ankle surgery recovery

This is really good for my tendon reconstruction recovery. I am able to work my calf muscles in new areas and after only a couple of weeks I can tell my strength has improved due to the additional ROM on unstable surface. I do calf raises and single leg work while brushing my teeth and cleaning cat boxes as well as at my sit-stand desk. Wish I had started using it a couple of months ago!

Good product

This small pad does the trick as part of my ankle surgery recovery and rehab. Easy to find, buy, and use. I plan to continue using even after full recovery to maintain strength in both ankles.
