I have porcelain tile that gets stained with everyday foot traffic and dogs. The steamer heats up very quickly and removes the stains with ease. No more bending down with a wet rag to scrub floors! Also worked great on shower grout. Remember to order the carry case if you plan on using the steamer while holding it upright.

Strap seems a bit flimsy. Would like to see more docuntation foa all accessories.
