Easy to assemble, works fairly well, not as cold as ice, but works as well. Keeps swelling down. The directions also include a photo of a pad to put between the wrap and the affected body part--no direct body contact. It looks like this pad should be included. It's not. The text should declare that outright and with outside vendors contact info. I called and was told that I could order it through a couple of other companies or in provide my own "pad", in my case a sock.
