Easy to make pickled veggies
This is my first Nukazuke experience in my life. Yes, it’s so easy to make pickled daikon radishes, cucumbers, carrots and etc. It’s been a week since I’ve started and am enjoying them every day. I also can tell my gut health seems improved which is one of my interests of the benefit of eating Nukazuke vegetables. It’s truly a fun routine to mix the rice bran everyday!
