Root Stock Tomato Seeds

I purchased 20 seeds to use in my elementary horticulture class. I planted them in 3 six packs. I also planted some heirloom varieties in separate six packs at the same time, using the same soil source. None of the RST seeds germinated, whereas all of the heirloom seeds did. I was very frustrated as these seeds are very expensive.

All seeds sprouted

I planted multiple types of rootstock and this was the only variety that sprouted. I just grafted my tomatoes and don't have any results yet.
