MODDEDZONE XBOX SERIES X CUSTOMIZER

I love the controller overall. The only issue I’m having is with the left stick (LB). It functions normally, but I’m unable to press it down to register a click. Would it be possible to send it in for repair or have it fixed under warranty? Thank you.
