Add a charger

Received it finally after 12 days (paid for express shipping) and in the waiting time of its delivery, I’ve discovered that the FitSleeps device itself has stopped waking me up (bought the pro model) or vibrating reliably. First, this charger is a Russian product, and you can get these for $2 in most places! So the fact they’re selling it for $12 after shipping is insane. They hype it in the video as being their “recommended charger” and “essential”for charging this device. I’ve been going through hoops trying to get a full refund on this charger and my FitSleeps Pro device. After telling them what’s been happening and not happening, they have demanded on both replies that I send a video! It’s a 100-day satisfaction guarantee, and they are doing everything they can to prolong that 100 days until it’s not refundable anymore! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This one really irritates me. I’m intrigued by the fitsleeps wearable. But the fact that it’s charged by this charger is definitely a negative. The charger is cheaply made and the wearable SHOULD have been charged by USB-C. Not this.

Only received USB block but no attachment. I just paid $9 plus insurance for a block but no actual attachment? I would have been fine if they had sent the actual charging mechanism and forgot the block, instead I cannot even charge the device. Just because of them forcing you to buy the charger separately, and then not being able to send the whole charger, this is not a product you need to waste your money on.
