This mill is wonderful. It is my first mill ever and I am just started my baking journey this last week at 46yrs old. This grinds quickly and a bunch at a time. Simple to use just wish I could do course cream of wheat with it.

Great electric grain mill for a first timer. Easy to use. Only draw back is that it's a little loud.
