Miro Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker)

Good as new!

Had to replace two parts after about 3 years of daily use on my MH7000. For a total of about $100 , it works like new again. We’ll be more careful about protecting the magnetic mist maker piece. It probably got wet and got plugged into the base which caused some water damage to the whole system. I love that every part is washable but you just have to be careful with that mist maker engine. Other than that issue, we’ve been loving this humidifier. It has outlasted two other humidifiers that got moldy (with no way to clean it). This thing is a workhorse and so easy to clean and maintain. I love that all the parts are exchangeable too so you don’t have to buy a whole new thing. We really use this daily since we live in the dry dusty valley and it has been amazing. Kids sleep better with this on I feel better myself as well.

Replacement Part Broke Quickly, Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed that the replacement engine broke within two weeks of usage. This comes after having used the one that came with the humidifier for over a year before it broke. It seems like the quality of parts has gone down. In addition, I've received no response from their customer service, despite multiple contact attempts. Avoid this product and company.

Mist replacement review

Like most reviews on here, my humidifier broke down after a year. After talking to Miro’s customer service they said it’s probably the mist engine and said they would refund me after I ordered it. Turns out, They were right, I ordered it and received the new mist engine and it is now working so I am happy about that. Excellent customer service, very responsive.
