cracks easily and warranty doesn't cover it
This humidifier is supposed to be dishwasher safe with a one year warranty. Yet customer support refused to refund me for a cracked water bowl despite following all the care instructions. Going forward, I'll be washing this by hand.

Poor Design
We received this water bowl to replace the original which cracked and began leaking within 2 weeks. The replacement didn't even last 3 days before it also cracked and began leaking. I have contacted the company to inquire about potential design defect and/or warranty, and have yet to receive a response.

Work like mote help with warranty Replacement
I didn’t have my humidifier for no more than a year when the bowl cracked. I no longer could use it, and the only option I had was to buy a replacement for $25 and $20 shipping so I spent $45 on replacing some thing that broke within a year….
