Great Product

I'm not sure what's up with the people saying this is loud. When put together properly, it is almost completely silent and works wonderfully. Very pleased with the quality of it. Shipped quickly and no issues with setting it up.

Could be five stars…

Outer funnel on main unit does not stay attached to inner funnel while lowering into the stainless steel water bowl. Other than that the unit works fine, but changing and adding water is a complete hassle. Would love to have a fix for this.
