No customer service

I received the new part and immediately contacted you by email more than once and have had no response to remedy the fact that my humidifier still does not work. I've purchased a new mister and a new controller in less than 5 months. It WAS a great humidifier but there is no customer service. I still need to hear back from you.

Works well

Customer service was very helpful to replace my controller - the new one shipped quickly and was a seamless replacement. Works like new again.
