Replacement Part Broke Quickly, Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed that the replacement engine broke within two weeks of usage. This comes after having used the one that came with the humidifier for over a year before it broke. It seems like the quality of parts has gone down. In addition, I've received no response from their customer service, despite multiple contact attempts. Avoid this product and company.

Mist replacement review

Like most reviews on here, my humidifier broke down after a year. After talking to Miro’s customer service they said it’s probably the mist engine and said they would refund me after I ordered it. Turns out, They were right, I ordered it and received the new mist engine and it is now working so I am happy about that. Excellent customer service, very responsive.

Easy to clean powerhouse

The floating teardrop part that holds the mist making motor and fan is the hardest part to take apart and clean because no instructions were given as to how to take this thing apart. I figured out that the white outside cover is the only thing that is supposed to move and if you set the whole thing on a nonslip surface and gently with a rubber glove in your hand move the outer white part with the holes in it forward turn it counterclockwise less than a quarter of an inch and it unhooks and then you can lift it up. if you’re trying to stick your finger down through the hole and grab both pieces the outer white one will not move. once you get that white cover off with the holes in it the vertical holes then you can take the rest of it apart very easily and clean it with soft bristle toothbrushes and things like that. and it comes sparkling clean and it will stay clean for quite a while before it needs changed again. You can tell when it needs cleaned because the motor starts making a high pitched worrying sound and it’s time to clean it. It’s a very good Machine. I have used a continually for two years and still on the same motor in fact I bought several more machines just in case they decided to stop making them. They are that good that quiet and efficient.
