Very delitious, but too expensive !

The caviar is always delicious. The sheepshead is great a quick grill and then served it on a bed of fennel and onions. Tender and moist. Someone mistakenly put 2 pounds of Halibut in the box, that was not ordered but I am only too happy to prepare and eat it . Thanks.
