Just the assist you need.
This is something I use to assist when I do intermittent fasting. For me, sheer willpower isn't always enough on certain days. I don't crave sugar naturally but carbs can be tempting. No jitters which is great!

I received this product and the seal was broken. After contacting customer service they sent me another bottle and got it within a few days. They were very prompt and nice! Although I don't take this product anymore bc It didn't work for me,,,customer service was the best!
