I have been icing with ice packs for ankle recovery, which work ok but miss areas. I found this when searching products for ankle recovery. This only takes 10 minutes and relieves swelling quickly. I have only used it 3 times so far but it is easy to set up, easy to use, and doesn’t take that much ice.

As a retired RN I found this product to be perfect for knee pain due to either knee surgery or arthritis. It's compression with icy liquid helps relieve knee pain and swelling wonderfully.
