Pretty good pop-up, lousy annex

Once installed, the pop-up tent is decent, easy to open and in our case, the four-place is a nice size. However, there is a lack of structure for its awning and water will accumulate. As for the the annex, there are no installation instructions, and there is not enough structure (very few poles) to make it stand like it should or as shown in the picture and water accumulation is a huge problem. The materials/fabric seem to be of decent quality.

The customer service is really good. To be honest, I bought this and I live in Texas, so I have to wait to use it, but they are very helpful if you are missing anything and are more than willing to send parts you might be missing.
