Good Chervil
I'm using this Chervil for microgreens, but they're germinating very well, have nice flavor, and have a really pretty bi-colored stem.

Chervil is an overlooked herb
Chervil tastes a bit like a blend of parsley and tarragon and goes with lots of foods, especially egg dishes. It is ridiculously easy to grow -- just toss the seeds out on the ground and scuffle them around a bit to get dirt contact. I have always gotten pretty much 100% germination from the Territorial seeds. I suspect it gets overlooked in the USA because many gardeners are hot weather oriented, and chervil requires cool weather. (I'm in Zone 8 and sow chervil in February.)

Not a Parsley Substitute
Difficult to find seeds and impossible to find plants, drove me to Territorial for the seeds to harvest my own chervil. The seeds germinated promptly, I planted them on, and they are being sited into my herb garden as I write. This herb is delicious in a French pea puree soup and there is NO substitute for it in this recipe!
