Excellent tea and service
I really appreciate having Den’s authentic, high quality Japanese green teas available to us here in the states. They have 1) the best matcha I’ve ever had (their organic ceremonial grade) and their sencha, gyokuro and genmaicha are all wonderful with a deep umami taste. I find temperature is vital. Regardless of the tea, I stick to brewing it around 160 temp and I can get three good brews of tea from one pot. Thanks Den’s Tea! Keep up the great work :)
