Disappointed

This was my first time ordering from this company and unfortunately it wasn’t a good first impression. The pillowcase arrived with dirt stains on it. I reached out to the company and provided pictures and was told to try washing the stains out and if it didn’t come out to contact them back. While the stains did come out, this experience did not make me want to come back to purchase more. I gave 3 stars for the pillowcase itself.
