Not flat enough to use for fret leveling

I've spent a couple of days trying to get it to be dead-flat. I'm using thick, flat tempered glass with sandpaper and comparing it to a known dead-flat source, and still have a ways to go before it can be used to level frets on a classical guitar. The thin edges were pretty close and only took a little time to flatten but the wide part had a crown on one side and the other was, not great, and not likely to be usable as a sanding bar without a lot more time leveling it. The bar is a nice weight and arrived on time.

Really like the quality. It's weight makes it a breeze to use. One of the best I have used and for such a low price.
