I have not used the file yet but it looks good. I ordered the wrong grit, and realised that, later. Sent an email and explained the situation. After a short while, they replied that they would change the order and deliver the file with the grit i wanted. I really appreciate that kind of service.

Recently I purchased offset diamond fret file 300 grit from them. When I received the product I noticed some sharp edges around the corners and minor blemishes, I contacted them for replacement . They were very quick to answer and sent me replacement file in no time. I am happy with replacement and file works really well. This is a good company to deal with and they take care of their customers, no questions asked. They also have very reasonable prices. I will be buying from them again.

Sizes are big

It cuts well and is easy to get on the frets on top of the soundboard without touching the guitar. I suspected something was up the first time that I used it. I use Jescar medium fretwire purchased in the roll direct from them and the sizes on this are larger than that medium. It is more like a wide and REALLY wide. I purchased a different crown file and confirmed this. It is too bad as I like Elmer Guitar products (purchased several) and like using the file. The radius of the cutting profile is just too big, so unfortunately it is useless to me. If you are using wide or jumbo fretwire, then you should be OK.
