Don't assume
My first order came in a bubble mailer with a heat pack. I assumed that this is how Canton ships items. For my second order, I received three plants DOA because they were shipped in the smallest box possible and shipped in December. Had I known that they would have been packed so poorly I would have gladly paid for additional protections because of the time of year.
