Would my plants survive if things were done differently?
I had requested cooling packs be included with my plants since they were shipping to the heat of Texas.
Two-out-of-five plants arrived dead, with no cooling packs in sight.

First batch promptly replaced!
The first batch of plants I got from them had a ridiculous USPS delay that was NOT their fault (took 7 days to arrive, instead of the 2-4 estimated). The other plants were a bit rough but salvageable but the frogbit had turned into pea soup. They promptly sent out a replacement even though it wasn't their fault, and it got here in 3 days, looking much better, although I have to say that it seems like the frogbit is not the best plant to ship, so if you want it to look good you may want to pay for overnight or express shipping! But they are starting to put out new leaves a few days later and will be fine.

Don't bother
Arrived pretty much dead, translucent, smelly and no roots. Ended up ordering from another vendor.
