Using for symptoms of dry eye. I was putting designated drops four times a day, which didn't clear totally each time. I am only using drops before I go to sleep and the Irelief mask for five minutes once a day. My eyes clear very well after a few minutes and it lasts long enough that I don't do drops until bedtime. I recommend the Irelief mask for warm compressing.
