I do love cooking with my Maximus Prime but I think some adjustments could be made such as stronger material for chimney and damper, thermometer sits loosely in position and I had to get a high temp epoxy to hold in place. But, I would purchase it again because it is simply wonderful and fun to cook on!! The wood fired flavor is outstanding!!!
