Trying everything. this wins

After a vacation on the east coast I came home and decided life was too short for bad coffee so I bought an espresso machine and set out for knowledge. This was August 2025. I don't remember how I stumbled across Rootless but I tried their No X in Espresso and a few of their other blends. Since then I've been gifted several brands of beans (Onyx, Vigilante, JBC, to name a few) and honestly haven't been as impressed as I am with Rootless. They've been asking for a review since I initially started getting coffee from them in September and decided it was time. Long rant... Try it. You won't be disappointed. I've found my beans :D

The first and third batches of No X In Espresso were great, but I think there was maybe something off about the seconds batch, like the roast was a little different or something, idk, could be in my head.
