Not completely individually programmable

Great timer, however the ports are not individually programable. The program is for all ports. So while you can have 2 or 3 watering times it is for all ports and not specified ports. So far my only complaint.

I bought the orbit 4 port water timer with a 6 year warranty which was written with a bold letter on the box. Just 3 years into its life it stop working. I called the customer the customer service and with a great surprise they agreed to send me the new one. First time the conversation with its representative they told me they didn’t have the same model but replaced with another model which has 4 valves. I went on their website and followed their instructions with the claim number. But it didn’t go through. I called again and rep did the correction and finally they sent me new one but only with two valves. means only 2 ports I can use other 2 can’t. I wonder why I have to buy two valves separately while they replacing the 4 ports timer. I hope the company will look into this matter and met their warranty guidelines.

Appreciate that they continue to honor the 6yr warranty when their products are unfortunately lasting less than 12 months.
