Ethiopian (Light / Medium Roast)

I bought ethiopian coffee beans from a friend and roasted it at home in a pan. It was super flavorful, nutty. I found that roasting it got harder. I did it out in the garage and the darker it got the worst it tasted.

great tasting coffee, Ethiopian is definitely my favorite taste profile - I drink it black. Every day, all day long. Great price too! This is where quality, pricing and the support of local business converge - I am super happy to have Good as Gold Coffee in reasonable proximity, I pick up and love to have a reason to come to Worcester!

Love the African coffees, especially the Ethiopian. Delicious. Your packaging is gorgeous. Very happy that I found Good As Gold, my go to for great coffees. Also ordered the espresso but haven’t tried it yet.
