I recently purchased 4 Drytomita large mats and have been quite disappointed with their performance. Shortly after use, all the mats began to bow in the center, which looks unappealing. Upon reaching out to Momo Lifestyle's customer service. While the response was prompt and courteous, the solution provided – wetting the mat and weighing it down – felt like a temporary fix for a potentially inherent product flaw. True enough, this method did not offer a lasting solution, as the problem reoccurred shortly after. Considering the issue with the product and the ineffective solution suggested, I am hesitant to recommend these mats. They may not be suitable for those looking for a durable, low-maintenance solution for their floors.
