Happy with the Frame, Not the Shipping

This was relatively simple to add onto my queen bed. Definitely would recommend having someone help to simplify the assembly process. Happy with the quality and that I could easily expand my bed after 4+ years of using the queen! One critique is the shipping on the product page was estimated at 5-7 weeks, so I was a bit annoyed that it shipped and arrived 3 days later via FedEx. This caused me to scramble and assemble the frame solo, because I had nowhere to store the huge box and couldn’t wait for someone to help. I also regret rushing and purchasing this a few weeks before the Memorial Day sale and only did because I didn’t want to delay getting a new mattress after the bed frame arrived, given the runway said it would take 5-7 weeks to ship. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and this is one of many Floyd products I own. The shipping estimates need to be more accurate since this can pose a huge inconvenience with coordinating efforts with assembly at home. Additionally, I could have waited and saved for a sale had I known the package would arrive 5-7 weeks earlier.

MATCHES BUT NOT QUITE

This does match our older frame boards in wood type and feels quite similar in weight and quality, however the sides have a different look to them than the original frame we have.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this purchase. I have been shopping with Floyd for years, inlcuding a queen bed frame purchased in 2022. Since then, they have updated the manufacturing process. This is very unclear on the website, as many photos show the original product. I now have a bed panel that does not match the original three I own and Floyd isn’t willing to remedy the problem. The quality is noticeably worse and the price has gone up substantially. I would not recommend purchasing.
