Heath Riles Pork Injection

Used this with the Apple & Honey rubs for a rib competition and pulled off 2nd place, my best placement yet! This injection brine added a great deal of juiciness to the pork ribs and didn’t interfere with the other flavors that I used. Was nicely sealed & granulated, which keeps it fresh & made mixing it absorb well into my apple juice mixture. A little goes a long way too so that helps justify the price too. Thanks for a great brine mix, I’ll be using this product again!
