Back in my competition days I used Heath's Rubs and Sauces in-addition to attending his Cooking Class in MEM - still have the manual that was issued. Heath's rubs, sauces, class and recipes have served me well in all of my BBQ adventures. Old age (85++) has now taken me over so Cary Chasteen (Hold Your Horses) has taken over and he can't say enough about Heath's products. Nuff said - Long live Heath Riles!!!
