Teff review

So far, I’m very pleased. I planted mine 3 1/2 weeks ago and it is currently about 8”-10” tall and very thick. It was a learning experience to plant it but not bad at all. I planted about 35-40 acres. I broadcasted seed using a 3pt hitch fertilizer spreader. I did have to tape up part of the openings to reduce seed flow. Also, I tilled about 20 acres using a disc twice and then a cultimulcher with the plows down, followed by just rolling with the cultimulcher, then I seeded and rolled it once more. The other field still had a decent stand of orchardgrass, just thin, so I just “scratched” the ground with the plows of the cultimulcher, then seeded, then rolled. Both methods work very well.
