Brome grass very quick growing - Bermuda grass not so much - but I'm pretty far north for Bermuda grass to do well.

I expect it to do well in the winter of 2020. However, despite the claims that it is perennial & performs well in Texas, I expect the summer of 2021 will burn it out, and I will see very little of in the winter of 2021. If I'm wrong (and I hope so), I will buy more. Texas summers are a killer of about everything but bermuda, dallis grass & johnson grass.
