Featherstone Obsidian 1 Person Backpacking Tent

Big bang for small bucks! Love that you can set this tent up fly first, with or without the inner. Single pole makes setup a breeze. My only critique is that I wish there was a small back door to access the back vestibule. All in all, super happy with this purchase.

I am impressed by the quality of this tent and am excited to include it in my pack for future trips. The size was larger on the inside than expected - there is plenty of room for my sleep system as well as my gear. Very solid value especially for the price. I’m unsure that I would carry this if I was aiming for a true ultralight set up, but for all other purposes and for most of the year, this will easily be my go-to.

Waited to write this review until I used the tent a few times. Used it on multiple AT section hikes. The tent is great, but even moreso for the cost. The value is through the roof. I love that it is more like a 1.5 person tent. There's a lot of extra room for gear along with a vestibule for your pack if it's raining. Rained very hard one night on the trail and the bathtub bottom worked perfectly. Very highly recommend this tent.
