This steak is a treat. One strip was enough for two and very well marbled. This is a cut you would not eat on a regular basis due to cost. It is a special occasion that deserves this grade. I would order this again.

Absolutely made the dinner fantastic- golf trips with Roseda Steaks are special.....a must for any occasion.
