Unnecessary purchase

I thought it’d been a good idea to have two layers but the bread on the top layer doesn’t get the same heat as the bottom shelf and I could see the size of the difference in both layers then what’s the point of having two layers if it doesn’t work? And also when you try to take it out the legs are in the way
