Game changer

Living in Western Australia I thought that there would be no problem proofing sourdough bread, little did I know that it’s all about a constant temperature. I noticed that a lot of the recipes that were being posted, although achievable could be temperamental, making proofing take a lot longer. It was then I saw that a proofing box could change that. The most recommended box was the Brod and Taylor and I have to say they were not wrong, it’s a complete game changer when making bread and I would recommend it any time.
