Too Soft

I ordered Extra Firm and called to see what the difference between them and Firm was. I was told to keep the Extra Firm as not difference. I have them now and quite frankly they’re more Medium Firm. A little too soft for me. Don’t know if I will order from them again.

So far we are very happy with the result has it has provided for our mattress. We purchased a couple different firmness levels to accomdate different sleeping preferences and it seems to have worked out. There has been no outgassing.

Pretty surprised! I hen I opened the package I was like “whaaaat?!? This isn’t firm!!!” But then, even though I felt like an idiot, I put it on the bed, and to my great amazement, it IS firm!!! Whatever witchcraft this is, I LOVE it!!! Did it make my ridiculously soft bed a completely different mattress? No. But it di make it wayyyyy more doable!!! It does not get weird and soft with your body temp! It stays nice and firm!!! Good job, latex people!!! 🙌
