Fabulous!

I have been milling hard red wheat and baking bread for about a year and a half, and we love the bread and have definitely seen health benefits. I was not pleased with the "heaviness" of the freshly milled hard red wheat in quick breads. Just baked a batch of lemon blueberry muffins with KC Unsifted Dessert Blend and could not be more pleased! The muffins, were moist, tender, light, and delicious!
